Thanks to Aleix Pol, Manuel Tortosa and José Antonio Sánchez, here is a new tool for easy configuration of GTK2 and GTK3 look under KDE:

To install it on Netrunner, simply reload/refresh your repositories and click on the link below:

apt://kde-gtk-config

Or you can open a terminal and type:

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install kde-gtk-config

You'll then find the configuration module under "System Settings – Application Appearance".

There are also deb-packages for non-netrunner-distributions (which work for many deb-based KDE-distros like Kubuntu, MintKDE, etc.):
http://packages.netrunner-os.com/pool/main/k/kde-gtk-config/kde-gtk-config_1.0.1~svn812a8445_i386.deb

Seem a cool thing. I've installed it on my Kubuntu 11.10 64-bit. Works, but when I've clicked drop down menu 'select a GTK3 theme' I have only three choices: Default, Raleigh and Emacs. Any tips how to get Oxygen there too?

Hi PTR,

you could either use netrunner (as it has oxygen-gtk as default),

or add it manually on kubuntu:

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:gnumdk/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gtk3-engines-oxygen

It should be then possible to find and select it under kde-gtk-config.
